Rough Top has belonged to Sandra + Brian McNeill for over 40 years and the family take great care to give you a wonderful country retreat to relax and enjoy your holiday. Inside the cottage Dating from c.1650 the cottage has been tastefully renovated whilst maintaining its original character.
Dogs at Rough Top Cottage
Sandra + Brian are keen dog owners and wanted to make Rough Top a truly dog welcoming experience both for the guests and their dogs. We have no limit on the number of dogs allowed at the cottage. Sandra has worked hard to provide you and your dogs the very best features including gaining the Certificate in Dog in Hospitality Award from the National Pet College.

We are within a short walking distance of Bridestones Rocks, a popular haunt for climbers and scramblers.
